‘t Centrum is the first fully circular office building in Flanders, designed with a holistic approach to sustainability and circular construction. The building is fully dismantlable, allowing all components, including foundations and roofing, to be recovered and reused. Innovative procurement, prefabrication, and dry connections enabled a construction period of just 11 months. Designed to showcase circular business models, flexible use, and low environmental impact, ‘t Centrum sets a benchmark for the construction sector and offers guided tours to inspire circular practices across the industry.
