PIANOo, the Procurement Expertise Centre of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, is tasked with professionalising procurement and tendering by governments. PIANOo brings together experts in the field of procurement and tendering, bundles knowledge and experience and provides advice and practical tips. Furthermore, the expertise centre stimulates the dialogue between clients in the government and the business community. PIANOo works for and with a network of more than 3,500 buyers and contracting authorities.
