Impact analysis of sustainability requirements in tender procedures in the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain

This study focusses on the introduction of mandatory sustainability requirements in four EU member

states, i.e. in France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, with a particular attention to the impact (benefits, challenges) of these mandatory requirements in the respective member states. This report presents the results of this impact analysis and contains recommendations for the inclusion of mandatory sustainability requirements in public procurement law in Belgium.
