The CircPro project aims at increasing the implementation of circular procurement under the targeted policy instruments so that the circular economy principles and criteria are incorporated or considered as a horizontal principle. CircPro partnership has identified the main barriers that hinder the systematic implementation of the circular procurement in their regions and has proposed solutions based on inter-regional cooperation.
